A Family Story
Singapore Restaurant started with Peter and Ginny on McCarty Road — an authentic Chinese and Vietnamese restaurant that quickly became a neighborhood favorite. When they expanded to a second location near UTSA, it became Singapore Chinese & Indochina, adding Thai and fusion dishes to the menu.
Now, the original owners are back at McCarty Rd, and both locations are thriving under the family's care. Peter still cooks at the original location, bringing the same recipes and dedication that built their reputation.
At the UTSA Blvd location, Alicia has become the heart of the restaurant — loved by UTSA students for her warm smile, sweet personality, and genuine care. Whether it's remembering your usual order or surprising you with a complimentary Thai tea, the personal touches are what set us apart.
With over 200 dishes across both locations — from classic favorites like Pad Thai and Singapore Curry Rice Noodles to unique creations like Puerto Rican Fried Rice and Indochina Coconut Curry — every dish is prepared fresh to order with love.
